Market Mobile operates as APS Commerce Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern the services we provide, including the purchase, assessment, and recycling of devices, and are binding upon your agreement to sell or return devices through our platform.

2.1 By submitting your device(s) for sale or return to us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.2 Please read the document carefully before proceeding with any transactions, as it outlines the responsibilities of both parties.

Excluding public holidays.
4.1 Submission: Submitting your device(s) for sale forms an offer to sell. A contract is created only after we confirm receipt and approval of your device(s).
4.2 Order Accuracy: You are responsible for accurate order submissions, including correct device details.
4.3 Ownership: By submitting devices, you confirm you are the sole owner and have the authority to sell them.
4.4 Data Removal: It is your responsibility to erase all personal data from devices before sending them to us. We are not liable for any data breaches resulting from failure to erase data.
Devices are graded based on condition and functionality. Below are the grading criteria we use:
6.1 Prices are guaranteed for 14 days from order submission. Devices received after this period may receive revised offers based on market value.
6.2 Prices include VAT where applicable.
6.3 Final price determination is at our discretion after evaluation.

8.1 Customers wishing to request a return should email returns@marketmobile.co.uk, providing the following:
8.2 Payment of Returns Fee: Once approved, you will receive a secure link to pay the returns fee online.
8.3 Returns Timeline: Devices will be shipped back to you within 5 working days of payment confirmation.
9.1 Payment is processed after device evaluation and approval.
9.2 Payment is made via the method selected in your order form (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
9.3 Ownership of the device transfers to us upon payment or recycling.
10.1 Devices flagged as lost or stolen through GSMA checks will not be paid for or returned.
10.2 Quarantined devices flagged for legal issues will be destroyed or handed over to the authorities if unresolved within 28 days.
11.1 We are not liable for delays or failure to meet obligations caused by events outside our control, including postal disruptions or force majeure.
12.1 If you have a complaint, contact us at sales@marketmobile.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within 7 working days.
13.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14.1 These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
14.2 If any part of this contract is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
14.3 We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes will be posted on our website.
